At KOMAX, we offer private labelling, OEM services, and custom label services for clients interested in promoting their own brand. Private labelling or OEM involves a company producing a product or service specifically for another company to be sold under the latter’s trademark. For instance, credit cards are offered by various bank brands with their labels, but these cards are powered by external sources such as VISA or MasterCard. The agreement between these parties is known as a Private Label/OEM Agreement.

We work closely with you to create customized labels for your electric submersible motors/pumps. These labels are digitally punched, marked with a laser, or imprinted permanently on the motor/pump’s metal body. They can feature your company’s identity, logo, brand name, contact information, machine name, model number, voltages, specifications, and more.

KOMAX’s Private Labeling/OEM Services

We provide private labelling and OEM services for our entire range of 6”, 8”, and 10” water-cooled, rewindable submersible electric motors, as well as stainless steel and cast-iron borehole submersible pumps for 6” to 12” bore dia. These products can be customized with your own labels. Our Private Label Program begins with a partnership between us and your company. Our design team collaborates with you to develop labels and colour schemes that represent your brand. Through our Private/Custom Label Program, we aim to deliver the highest quality products that will impress your buyers.

What’s Included?

As part of our services, we offer customized sell sheets designed with your company name, logo, equipment images, and order address (optional and available for a fee). We also provide customized operating manuals that explain how to effectively start-up and operate your equipment safely. Each electric submersible motor/pump is shipped with its own operating manual (optional and available for a fee). Additionally, we offer customized warranty/machine registration cards with each submersible motor/pump, included in the operating manual. These cards serve as a record of your machine population and form the foundation of your robust warranty program.
